Platinum Package

Events - Wedding

Gold Package

Our most popular package, the platinum package gives you the most exclusivity at Bluebird Farm CT.

In this event package you will get:

  • 6 hours for the event (Friday-Sunday)
  • all available power sources/receptacles

  • on-site parking & parking attendant(s)

  • event restrooms (two (2) "pretty" potties / enclosed portable toilets)
  • 4 farm tables and 50 blue, metal chairs (not for use in barn venue hall)
  • private, indoor barn venue hall and outdoor patio
  • set-up and breakdown of rustic, wooden benches (upon request)
  • two fire pits (wood & starter supplied)
  • onsite "Day of Event" Manager(s)

Family Comes First

The gold package is offered to couples seeking a ceremony, elopement with mini-reception or micro wedding.

In this package you will get:

  • use of the property the day of the event for 3-hours (Sunday-Thursday; 12PM - 4PM)

  • all available power sources/receptacles

  • on-site parking & parking attendant

  • event restrooms (two portable toilets)
  • 4 farm tables and 50 blue, metal chairs (not for use in barn venue hall)
  • private, scenic barn venue hall the day of the event for 3-hours (Sunday-Thursday; 12PM - 4PM)
  • set-up and breakdown of rustic, wooden benches (upon request)
  • onsite "Day of Event" Manager(s)

In order to provide ease and convenience for our clients, Bluebird Farm has established a payment plan with the following due dates:

  • Event Deposit (Non-Refundable): Payment Due - Upon Signing Contract

  • Security Deposit (Refundable 4-6 Weeks After Event): Payment Due - Upon Signing Contract

  • 1/2 Event Fee + Tax: Payment Due - Six (6) Months Prior to Event Date

  • 1/2 Event Fee + Tax: Payment Due - Three (3) Months Prior to Event Date

Bluebird Farm's partner, Mill Town Management, handles the bookings of the Treehouse & Barn Loft. Special pricing for these onsite lodgings has been secured for our wedding clients! Booking of the Treehouse & Barn Loft for a 2-night stay is mandatory for Platinum Package Clients. This will ensure your use of the property will be exclusive for the day before (12PM arrival), day of (6-Hours Event) and day after the event (11AM departure).
