Event Deposit (Non-Refundable): Payment Due - Upon Signing Contract
Security Deposit (Refundable 4-6 Weeks After Event): Payment Due - Upon Signing Contract
1/2 Event Fee + Tax: Payment Due - Six (6) Months Prior to Event Date
1/2 Event Fee + Tax: Payment Due - Three (3) Months Prior to Event Date

Bluebird Farm's partner, Mill Town Management, handles the bookings of the Treehouse & Barn Loft. Special pricing for these onsite lodgings has been secured for our wedding clients! Booking of the Treehouse & Barn Loft for a 2-night stay is mandatory for Platinum Package Clients. This will ensure your use of the property will be exclusive for the day before (12PM arrival), day of (6-Hours Event) and day after the event (11AM departure).
